Finding your Niche Audience with Twitter

If you go to search.twitter.com You can type in something like "no good restaurants in Vegas" and twitter will pull up all the posts related to that phrase. Or a phrase like "first time home buyer" it can be any phrase. And then when any one else tweets that phrase you get notified via email. This way you have your niche audience delivered to you by email.

Resume's

As a small business owner at this particular time in history you know its hard to generate new business in a down economy. You also know there a lot people looking for work. If you know of someone who is looking for work you should keep a file of resume's. Even if they aren't right for your business. If you keep them, you may run into someone in the future who would be interested hiring someone you referred to them. The good will always makes its way back.
