New Websites
If you have a small business and create a new website you may want to look at "Google Web Master Tools" and "Ping O Matic" on the web. Those should help you start to get some traffic to you sites.
These are great tools! I'm trying to get my business off the ground, and although I haven't launched the website yet, I'm close. I'm still fairly ignorant to the various ways of advertising, such as web traffic and such, but this will help me... I'll connect with my web administrator and see if he has other goodies like this. Thanks.
I just ran into another ping site for blogs and websites called www.feedping.com. It lets you ping 154 places including pingomatic. It takes several minutes and some go through while others do not which you can see on the results page when it finishes.
